3. Contact your Precinct Project state/county leader
4. Contact you County Republican Party (GOP) to get involved!

1 Voter registration
What is your state?
Identify a state website link to verify your voter registration status. (Click here)
Are you a registered Republican?
What is your County?
What is your Precinct/Election District (ED)? (Suffolk, NY Sample)
This is the geographic area (neighborhood) you live in.
2 Primary vs. Caucus
What method does your state/county use to select committee members?
Primary or Caucus? Most states use Primary. (Click here or here)
The Primary Method requires a petition with signatures and possible primary election with secret ballots.
The Caucus Method is public with a live meeting, possible debates, less formal voting such as show of hands.
The methods can vary but both require the support of eligible registered voters. Make contact; build relationships.
3 Precinct Project USA
Steve Stern and his team are developing a coalition of state/county leaders to help you navigate the process. Visit their website at  https://precinctprojectusa.org/. Click on Regions and connect with them.
4 County GOP
Identify the website link for your County Republican Party (GOP).
Register with their mailing list or fill out a Volunteer form.
Call them.
Indicate that you would like to be more involved.
Ask to attend the next meeting.
If you meet with resistance, don’t give up! There are alternatives.
