Step	Description	Details
1	Handout	Obtain or create a handout to provide information to others about Committee Membership and the Precinct Strategy. It should include a reference to precinctstrategy.us & .com and your contact info.
2	Presentation Video	Prepare or customize an existing slide show presentation and/or video to promote the Precinct Strategy and Committee Membership for your audience.
3	Map	Research/Identify a website link that provides maps of your County precinct/election districts (possible a state site) and/or obtain maps of other precincts/election districts within your county (FOIL option).
4	State GOP	Identify the website link for your state GOP. Obtain the state GOP bylaws.
5	State BOE	Identify the website link for your state Board of Elections. FOIL for the state GOP bylaws if unavailable by state GOP.
6	Robert’s Rules of Order	Robert’s Rule’s of Order (RRO) is the defacto protocol for organized meetings to maintain order. Become familliar with RRO procedures and protocols often applied to Committee Meetings. This will ensure your effectiveness in meetings and that your voice is heard. (Cheat Sheet)
